How do payments work?
Declassified does not process payments. Sellers display a PayPal.me handle or PayPal email; buyers pay the seller directly through PayPal, then tap “I sent payment” in the app. The seller confirms receipt with “Payment received” and ships the record. The platform never touches money.
What if I paid but the seller hasn’t confirmed?
Sellers have seven days to confirm payment. If a seller is unresponsive, message them through the app first, then email support@declassifiedrecords.shop with the order ID and a screenshot of your PayPal receipt.
What if a record arrives damaged or doesn’t match the listing?
Message the seller first and try to resolve directly — most do. If that fails, email support with the order ID, photos, and a description. PayPal’s buyer protection may also apply since payment ran through PayPal directly.
How do I report a listing, user, or message?
Tap the more menu (⋯) on any listing, user profile, or message thread and choose Report. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Reporting is anonymous to the reported user.
How do I block a user?
Open the user’s profile, tap the more menu, and choose Block user. Blocked users disappear from your feed and search, and their messages stop arriving in your inbox.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account in the app and follow the prompts. Account deletion is permanent — your profile, listings, messages, and uploaded photos are removed. Active orders must be completed or cancelled before you can delete your account.
I can’t sign in on iOS — I signed up with Google on the web.
The iOS app currently signs in with email and password only. If you originally created your account with Google on the website, tap Forgot password on the iOS sign-in screen and we will send you a link to set a password. After that, sign in on iOS with your email and the password you set.

How do I get paid?
Set your PayPal.me handle and/or PayPal email under Settings → PayPal. Buyers will see this on the order and pay you directly through PayPal.
How do I list a record?
Tap Sell from the main navigation, take a photo of the cover, and let the listing draft auto-fill artist and album details. Set price, condition, shipping, and publish.
What can I list?
Vinyl records you own and have the right to sell. No bootlegs, no counterfeits, no prohibited content. See the End-User License Agreement for the full acceptable-use policy.
